We always answer the ‘phone for oven cleaning enquiries during office hours, unless server signal is too weak. We always return calls when a customer leaves a recorded message.
Customers’ oven cleaning bookings are precious. They keep our business alive. We aim to treat everybody with the same polite attention.
We arrive on time wherever possible. We are never late or too early without keeping our customers informed. We work right by the oven, keeping out of the way, with the least disruptive method possible.
We run a reminder calendar, and are careful to give returning customers enough notice to fit in with their own timetables.
